Pearl heard the footsteps and held her breath hoping no one would hear her. Gods it was so cold and she was so afraid. What if that Sesshoumaru found her? She couldn’t fight and she definitely was a stranger in this land not to mention this body.

Looking at her clawed hands she wondered what she looked like. It was really strange to be in a guys body too. His privates dangled and bounced like her boobs had when she ran. It was so weird not having boobs. She always complained they were different sizes and that they weren’t big enough, but now that they were gone it was like her two best friends had left her.

Pearl wondered how her family was doing and hoped they were well. She really expected to be dead after the accident and perhaps she still was, but this sure felt real especially when that clawed hand slapped her across the room. These hunger pains felt real too.

Suddenly her stomach growled and the footsteps stopped. They rushed towards her and Pearl closed her eyes hoping that she would just disappear.

“Inuyasha it is you!”

A shrill voice yelled in her direction.

“Please don’t hurt me!”

Pearl whimpered covering her face with her clawed hands.

“Hey, what gives? It’s me Shippo. Come on Inuyasha……..Inuyasha?”

Shippo put a gentle hand on Pearl’s shoulder. Pearl flinched waiting for the strike that never came.

“I’m not Inuyasha. My name is Pearl.”

Pearl said.

Shippo sniffed the air and couldn’t smell that Inuyasha was drunk this time. He did smell different though, kind of girly.

“Inuyasha I know it’s been a long time, but geeze I know you. No need to be afraid of me plus you got tessaiga. You can beat anyone with that. Are you feeling well?”

Shippo asked in concern.

“MY NAME IS PEARL! NOT INUYASHA!”

Pearl yelled in frustration at the fox.

“Ok geeze………I’ll call ya Pearl if that is what you want, but still it is good to see ya. Come with me I will take ya home. You probably just ate something that isn’t agreeing with ya.”

Shippo said.

“I’m running away from someone named Sesshoumaru. Is there a better place to hide? Please I can’t be found by him.”

Pearl stated as she followed the fox.

“Oh come on Inuyasha……….you’ve beaten him a bunch of times with Tessaiga. Why ya afraid of him? Is he still bullying you?”

Shippo said.

“My name is Pearl and he hit me. I don’t even know how to fight. I am a woman and I am not supposed to be here.”

Pearl said.

Shippo started snorting he was laughing so hard.

“You really got into something…..Pearl……hahahahahahaha…….”

Shippo stated still laughing.

“It’s not funny.”

Pearl said with a frown.

“Ya, ya, whatever Inuyasha. Anyway you smell like you need a bath. There is a hot springs by the fox village and you will be safe there from stupid Sesshoumaru. We are in a barrier here that not even he can get in unless he knows fox magic.”

Shippo said with a grin as he bit his finger and a little blood opened the barrier to a part of the forest that Pearl would never imagine existing in any world. There were little homes in trees and fox demons everywhere all waving hello to Shippo.

“Hey guys! I want to introduce you all to Inuyasha……..”

Shippo called out as the fox demons gathered to meet this new person.

“It is Pearl.”

Pearl said irritated.

“Well, for now call him Pearl, but this is Inuyasha. You know the one I told ya all about so treat him good and no tricks ok?”

Shippo said and the fox demons frowned but nodded their heads there would be no tricks.

“So are you hungry Pearl? We got food.”

Shippo said trying not to giggle at calling his ‘Father’ figure Pearl. What a name!

“Yes, I am starving.”

Pearl said wondering if this place was heaven.

“Well we got plenty, but let’s get you bathed first.”

Shippo took Pearl to the hot springs where Shippo tore off his own clothing making Pearl look at him in shock. The fox demon was well built with lean muscle and well endowed. In the firelight he was also quite handsome. Suddenly Pearl felt something stirring down below as she started to harden and a blush formed on her cheeks.

“I can’t bathe with you.”

Pearl said softly.

“Why not? We’re both guys.”

Shippo said with a shrug.

“I’m not really a guy.”

Pearl said.

“Sure ya are. You and I both have these.”

Shippo said flipping his cock like it wasn’t a big deal.

“Ya I know we do, but I am not really a man Shippo. I am a woman and……….gods this is hard…”

Pearl stated trying to explain as she looked away in embarrassment.

“Inuyasha…I mean Pearl we have bathed together several times. I swear it isn’t that big of deal.”

Shippo said as he let his long gorgeous golden red hair flow past his shoulders and Pearl just couldn’t look anymore. Her thoughts were completely indecent. The guy was hot.

“Shippo I can’t. I like you too much.”

Pearl stated trying to find a way to explain.

“I like you to.”

Shippo said with a wide grin.

“I mean I like you like a woman likes a man Shippo.”

Pearl tried to explain.

“Oh……..you mean like how you used to like Kagome?”

Shippo asked.

“Who is Kagome?”

Pearl asked only for Shippo to drop his jaw.

“That ain’t funny Inuyasha.”

Shippo stated with an angry glint to his eyes.

“I’m not kidding Shippo. I died and next thing I knew I was in this body. My name really is Pearl and I don’t know you.”

Pearl stated and Shippo sniffed for a lie only to find it not there. Whatever happened to Inuyasha was the truth in Inuyasha’s mind and Shippo felt very sad for a moment.

“Kagome was your wife and my Mom. You were my Dad when my folks died. You guys had kids together. Lots of them. You really don’t remember any of them?”

Shippo asked sadly.

“No. I don’t. I remember I was in a car accident when I died and then somehow I was brought here and put in this body.”

Pearl said.

“So you are from the future? Like Kagome was. She told me about cars and Inuyasha said they were dangerous. Perhaps you are really Inuyasha and your memory just is messed up.”

Shippo said with a smile.

“No Shippo. I remember my life and I was a woman named Pearl. I want to get back to that life, but my body was destroyed in the crash. I don’t know how to move forward unless I die again and dying is rather painful. I am afraid to do it again, but I am also afraid of Sesshoumaru. I am afraid if he finds me I will die.”

Pearl said and Shippo simply nodded.

“I will let ya bathe alone Pearl.”

Shippo said and Pearl breathed easier.

“Thank you.”

Pearl said.

“I am not doing this for you. I am doing it for the body you are in. He was my Father so I am going to help you take care of that body until he returns.”

Shippo said angrily since now he wanted to know who stole his Father’s soul and if it was Pearl he would find a way to destroy her to take back his Father’s body and bury it proper next to his Mother where Inuyasha belonged.
