Sesshoumaru finished with the generals and then went back to see his Karei. She was lying on the bed crying. Something in Sesshoumaru made him want her to stop, but at the same time she was a mere female and females tended to cry often. Either way it would not deter him from her training.

Grasping her arm Sesshoumaru pulled her off the bed and took her to get cleaned up. She would bathe and then be placed into one of the finest kimonos he had available for a female. Her other kimonos would be much finer than this one, but for now it would do.

Sesshoumaru shooed the bathing servants away as he made his Karei undress. Then he bathed her himself washing her long hair and using the sweet smelling soaps on her skin. A servant came in with the kimono and set it on the chair next to the drying cloths.

“Stand up.”

Sesshoumaru said to me and I did so. Tears still poured down my face and I wished he would leave me alone. I hated him so much and wished someone would save me. I was so afraid that he would hurt me again.

I covered myself with my hands but he shoved my hands to my sides.

“Do not move.”

Sesshoumaru said and I did not as he stared at me for a long time. My stomach was in knots though and I felt ill. I just wanted to curl up and die.

Soon he helped me out of the tub and started to dry my body. After he was done Sesshoumaru put the kimono on me. It was much fancier then the others with jeweled beads sewn into the multi colored fabric. It didn’t look Japanese.

“This kimono comes from China, the mainland Karei. You will wear many different styles of kimonos for me. You will also wear the jewels I buy you and your ears will be pierced to wear earrings.”

Sesshoumaru said as he made me sit and proceeded to comb my hair. He was gentle with the brush and brushed out all the tangles in my hair. Then he added oils to it to make it shine.

Brushing his fingers across my mating mark I shivered as a tremor flowed through my body.

“This no one will know about except for you and I Karei. This mark makes you mine completely. If you run I will be able to find you with this and I can also cause you great pain with it as well.”

Sesshoumaru said scratching it softly causing it to hurt just enough to get his point across.

“If I were to dig into the flesh there you have no idea the pain you would suffer my Karei. I can also show you great pleasure with it as well.”

Sesshoumaru said as he kissed it nuzzling there unfortunately making me feel a wetness between my legs.

“You will submit to me Karei in every way I desire it.”

I feared he would die.

Sesshoumaru felt a strange emotion come over him. It was a feeling of protectiveness for his Karei that had only been there once before with Rin. Just the thought that another man wanted what was his infuriated him and made him want to protect his precious Karei even more.

That Lord Shiro pissed Sesshoumaru off. He cared not that the man and his Karei were the last of their breed. Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, and Mother were the last of their breed also. Just because one was the last of their breed did not mean one had to mate ones sibling to keep the lines going strong. There were plenty of wolf demon females for this Shiro to mate with. No one saw him mating his stupid brother just because they were the last of their kind.

Inuyasha was already an idiot diluting his blood with a human. That wasn’t Sesshoumaru’s problem and fact was he didn’t care what Inuyasha did as long as the pup didn’t embarrass his family any further. If Inuyasha had half a brain he would have mated another hanyou or a demon. Inuyasha didn’t even have half a brain so why bother with the moron.

The only good thing about Inuyasha mating with the priestess was the girl was powerful for a human. Inuyasha’s little pack of friends were not weaklings, but they were nothing compared to Sesshoumaru’s power.

Sesshoumaru had to admit although it wasn’t planned to mate a hanyou he was not stupid enough to mate with a human. He wasn’t too thrilled he mated with a hanyou, but it was still better than what Inuyasha was doing.

Promising himself he would go beat up Inuyasha later to feel better about himself, Sesshoumaru tried to relax hoping the knot would go away soon. He had things to do and a battle to prepare for. Karei would go to the Matron and learn to serve tea and other etiquette training so she would be perfect for him at the courts.

Then Sesshoumaru planned for his Karei to train with him again using simple commands, like sit, kneel, stay, kiss, stand, and walk. She would always have her arm in his unless they were battling or he needed his hands. She would also get used to walking around with a leash.

The other thing Sesshoumaru wanted was for Karei to call him Master around others, fetch things for him, and learn some of the ways to please a man. He also wanted her to learn how to massage him, especially his feet. He wanted Karei to take off his boots at night and massage his feet after cleaning them since his feet tended to sweat a bit.

Soon the knot came free and Sesshoumaru pulled out of his Karei. Then he fixed himself and had his Karei fix herself. He took his Karei by her arm to the Matron and told the Matron what he wanted his Karei to do.

I shuddered since the Matron had a nasty looking switch in her hand as she regarded me coldly. Sesshoumaru left me with the Matron and told me to behave.

“So you are his new plaything and his mate. Interesting.”

The Matron said.

I simply nodded.

“My rules are simple. Do not speak unless spoken to, you will repeat things until I decide you have them right, and if you are wrong you receive the switch. I am not lenient nor do I care if you cry. You will represent our Lord and he strives for perfection. You will strive to be perfect or you will suffer.”

The Matron said as she sipped her tea.

The lesson began with a servant showing me how to properly kneel. Her head was down and her eyes were to the floor.

“You do not lift your head until ordered to do so.”

The Matron said and I did as the girl had done waiting for the Matron to evaluate me.

“Very good. Now we will try sitting properly. Then walking and then we will move onto other things.”

The Matron said.

“Lift your head now child. You need to watch how to do these things.”

The Matron stated.

The Matron taught me various things concerning ettequite and the importance of serving tea properly. Most of the time I needed to keep my eyes and head down. I understood that the reason for this was to insure the Lords knew I was a well trained Lady.

Much of what the Matron taught me I seemed to know. Some of my memories were returning to me, but sadly I still did not know who Shiro was. I wanted to know, but childhood memories and memories of him were still blank.

“You did exceptionally well young one. I have not had to use the switch and usually that does not occur. Our Lord will be very pleased with you if you continue your lessons.”

The Matron said and then she brought me over to a table and had my lunch brought in. It was boiled eggs, some cooked fish, and a rice ball wrapped in seaweed. I ate my lunch quietly and properly, but the rice ball I had to eat with my fingers. The Matron watched and asked if I preferred my meat raw or cooked. I told her usually I preferred it raw, but I would eat cooked meat.

“When you are with pup you will eat more raw meat. When is your human night?”

The Matron asked.

“I have a human night?”

I asked in confusion.

“Yes dear. All hanyous have a time when they turn human.”

The Matron said.

“I do not know when mine is. My memories are not all here so I do not know many things still.”

I said sadly.

“That is fine. They will come to you. Just know you most likely will not leave this castle until your human night is determined.”

The Matron said and I nodded.

When I was done with my lunch the Matron had me work on some sewing. I wasn’t so great at that, but the Matron showed me the proper way to sew and I soon picked it up.

Sesshoumaru was busy surveying his troops and feeling pretty confident that he would defeat the East. Also one of the kimonos he had commissioned for his beloved Karei was finished as the tailor brought the garment to the castle.

His collar was also coming tomorrow since some royal had a collar he had ordered for one of his pets and changed his mind on it. It was white with diamonds and rubies in it. The leash matched, but it would take a bit more time. Sesshoumaru told the messenger he would wait on the leash, but he wanted the collar immediately. That way he could take it to the priest to place the spell upon it.

Sesshoumaru knew for a war the planning would take at least a few days for the East to plan their moves. Sesshoumaru planned on using those days to make his Karei ready for him since he planned to show her off once this pathetic battle was over with. His men were ready for anything and were in formation to protect the castle with their lives. His generals were not too thrilled with him, but their opinions did not matter. He was not going to give up his Karei to the enemy no matter how much they begged. Karei was his and he would rather die then give up something that was his again.

Thinking of his beautiful Karei this morning he wanted to enjoy her again. She had been so perfect, calling out his name in passion. Sesshoumaru was certain now she was gushing about what a great lover he was. All the servants would be talking about how wonderful he was in bed and if not he at least knew he surpassed himself.

Sesshoumaru thought that mating mark was a curse, but instead it was his secret sexual masterpiece and he would use it to make his Karei fall to her knees to worship him. He imagined that someday she might even tell him she loved him. That would be perfect and she would see him as her sun and moon. Karei would call him Master and he would master her knowing every intimate detail about his sweet little hanyou bitch.
