The snicker that followed her fall was enough to make Kagome forget the embarrassing situation she had found herself in. Holding onto the sheet for false modesty she glared at him over the edge of the bed, threatening. His raised eyebrow told her not only was it incredibly foolish to threaten from lower ground, but she was acting childish also.
She stuck out her tongue, confirming his silent accusations. Huffing herself into a standing position she headed towards the bathroom, the sheet falling down to her waist from the back, giving him a nice view.
“Watch your step," he teased.
