CU_Spacecowboy: I know I wrote thanksgiving which is an American holiday, but I thought Kagome’s family might do some things like that for fun. In one of the video games for the DS Kagome makes a friend from America and I thought perhaps she could have taught them about thanksgiving. I guess I can fix it if it is a big deal, but it was more for fun and this is fan fiction not reality.

Shiro worried about his sister. Sesshoumaru could cause his sister great pain with that mating mark and also show her such pleasure she may never want to come home. Shiro hoped to win this battle and then he would show Kimi the love she deserved.

Inuyasha came into the room where Shiro was sitting going over some paperwork.

“So we gonna battle or what?”

Inuyasha said.

“In a few days we will be ready. I am still waiting for my messengers to return and for more men to arrive. The West has a few more troops then my own so I wish to be fully prepared. I am sorry for the delay, but it is necessary I assure you.”

Shiro said.

“Well do you mind if I go home for a bit? I want to see my wife. I’ll be back soon.”

Inuyasha said.

“Of course. I will send a messenger when we are ready to battle.”

Shiro said with a smile.

Inuyasha was grateful and rushed out the door to go to his pregnant wife.

When Inuyasha got to the village he smelled wolf and heard panting inside of his hut. It sounded like Kagome.

Inuyasha walked in and saw red. Kouga was rutting his Kagome and Kagome was letting him.

“What the fuck!”

Inuyasha roared.

Both Kagome and Kouga looked back in shock. They hadn’t expected Inuyasha back so soon.

“Inuyasha I can explain………”

Kagome tried to say.

Inuyasha stormed out of the hut. His heart was broken and he was so pissed. He was going to kill that fucking wolf. Tears filled his eyes and he howled in pain.

His female who was pregnant with his pup was cheating on him with that fucking wolf. He would never forgive Kagome for this. It was the ultimate betrayal.

Kouga came out of the hut after dressing and looked at the mutt.

“I told you she was my woman mutt face.”

Kouga said with a frown.

Inuyasha seethed not wanting to hear his voice. Sango and Miroku came out of their hut to see what was going on.

“She is my wife! She is having my pup!”

Inuyasha fumed.

Kagome came out and sighed.

“The pup isn’t yours Inuyasha.”

Kagome said.

Inuyasha turned around not understanding.

“I knew the pup would be a quarter breed and I wanted to give you a pup that was at least as powerful as you. So that night you said I was fertile and ready to pup I went to the hot springs to clean myself and meet up with Kouga. This is Kouga’s pup.”

Kagome said and Sango fumed.

“You whore! How dare you do this to Inuyasha!”

Sango roared at Kagome.

“It isn’t like it is a big deal. I am still his mate and I was just thinking about him. Wouldn’t a hanyou pup be better than a quarter breed? The pup would live long like you Inuyasha and you wouldn’t be alone.”

Kagome said.

Inuyasha turned around and his eyes were brilliant red.

“You are not my mate bitch! I denounce you as my wife as well! Everyone in the village know this woman is not my wife!”

Inuyasha roared making it official that Kagome was no longer his.

“Kagome leave this village and never come back. You are not welcome here.”

Miroku said to Kagome who had the nerve to look stricken.

“But you are my friends…….”

Kagome said with tears in her eyes.

“You can come live with me Kagome. Come, let’s go.”

Kouga said and before Kouga could leave Inuyasha attacked him.

“Inuyasha sit!”

Kagome yelled and unfortunately for her the beads were gone.

Inuyasha tore at Kouga who had the nerve to look shocked. Kouga fought back, but Inuyasha’s rage was great. When he was done with Kouga, Kouga was a bloody mess.

“Please stop! You’ll kill him!”

Kagome screamed.

Inuyasha did not care. The wolf deserved to die.

Miroku put a hand on Inuyasha’s shoulder.

“Let him go. He isn’t worth it. The wolf will live knowing you are the stronger one and he can take this whore with him.”

Miroku said looking at Kagome with fury.

Inuyasha stepped back and allowed the bloodied wounded wolf to get up.

“I never want to see either of you again. Leave before I do kill you both.”

Inuyasha said and Kagome helped the limping wolf out of the village.

Rin who had liked Kagome walked up and slapped Kagome across the face with tears in her eyes.

“I wish Lord Sesshoumaru would have killed you.”

Rin said angrily.

Inuyasha felt so horrible he wanted to die. He had loved the bitch with his whole heart and soul. It was apparent that a hanyou couldn’t even get faithfulness from his own wife.

“Inuyasha come inside. We will take care of you.”

Sango said gently to the broken hanyou.

“No. I can’t stay here.”

Inuyasha said and he headed back to Shiro’s castle. He would swear his loyalty to the demon Lord and die fighting for him. He never wanted to see that human village again.

Tears poured down Inuyasha’s face. His heart was broken. First it was Kikyo who wanted him to remain as a human not accepting him as a hanyou and now his own wife betraying him. It was too much to bear.

Before Inuyasha entered the castle he wiped away his tears and then walked in with Shiro looking up at the hanyou.

“I thought you were going to visit your wife.”

Shiro said looking at Inuyasha in concern.

“I did. She isn’t my wife anymore. The pup was not mine.”

Inuyasha said brokenly.

“Oh little one, I am so sorry.”

Shiro said feeling pity for the poor hanyou boy.

“I have nowhere to go Lord Shiro. Would it be alright if I joined your army? I am a good fighter and I won’t be in the way. I can sleep outside away from the men too. I promise not to be any trouble.”

Inuyasha said as tears came although he tried desperately to fight them.

“Inuyasha, you are welcome here. You will not sleep outside however. You will remain in this castle as one of my generals. Once you are settled in and have properly mourned your loss I desire the chance to court you.”

Shiro said honestly.

“I’m a guy so I ain’t interested in being courted by you, but I don’t think I can trust women.”

Inuyasha said irritably.

“All I am asking for is a chance Inuyasha. Courting you can take years and I have time. Right now you are suffering and I understand this. You also need to remember not all females are cruel like your human woman. There are females who will treat you right if you choose to not be mine.”

Shiro said as he gently caressed Inuyasha’s cheek wiping away the tears.

“She is not worth these little one.”

Shiro said as he used his hands to wipe away those tears flowing from those beautiful eyes. It was breaking Shiro’s heart to see this brave beautiful soul in pain.

Inuyasha whimpered and craved any kind of affection he could get right now. Shiro pulled Inuyasha onto his lap and held the boy allowing Inuyasha to sob softly against him.

“Sh…….It will be alright, I promise.”

Shiro crooned as he ran his fingers through Inuyasha’s long silver hair.

After Inuyasha was done sobbing he fell asleep in Shiro’s strong embrace. He was so tired and in such pain that he wanted to simply die. Shiro however knew that this pain would fade and he carried Inuyasha to his room where he tucked Inuyasha in and kissed those sweet full lips. Shiro swore from that point forward that if anyone hurt this boy again they would pay with their lives.

Shiro sat with Inuyasha holding the boy’s hand and gently running his fingers over that lovely silver hair. He hoped that he would not lose the battle against the West since now Inuyasha also depended on him. He sincerely hoped the young hanyou man would change his mind about his courting him, but he would not push.

Leaving the boy for a while, Shiro checked on his troops and hoped his messengers would return soon. He was eager to start this battle since the longer it took the more time Sesshoumaru had with his sister to hurt her or to seduce her.
