InuYasha was highly pissed. How dare Kikyou do this to Kagome and his baby! If he didn�t kill Kikyou, and get Kagome to safety she might lose the baby. He stared at Kikyou with a look of pure hatred. He felt the blood rush to his claws waiting to tear into Kikyou�s flesh.

A smiled creased Kikyou�s lips, and she knew that she had him right where she wanted him. She looked to Kagome, who was still moaning in pain and sobbing uncontrollably. She didn�t feel bad for her at all!

"Prepare to die! Bitch!" shouted InuYasha as he lunged forward to Kikyou�s throat. Kikyou darted past him like lightning coming up behind him. She grabbed his shoulder, and pressed hard. Purple streams of lightning shot through her hand into InuYasha�s shoulder causing him to scream in pain.

Kagome watched in worry and when she heard InuYasha howl in pain, she screamed herself. She felt herself starting to spread open preparing for the birth of her c. Bi. Biting her bottom lip she screamed louder startling Kikyou and InuYasha�s fight.

Both looked at Kagome. It sounded as if she was dying. Kagome slowly started to stand on her feet despite the pain. InuYasha took his advantage while Kikyou was watching the young miko. Kikyou was stunned with Kagome�s will and strength, but she still wanted to kill them both.

InuYasha seized Kikyou by the throat startling her. Her dark brown eyes grew large with fear, but she banished it at once. She started to kick and punch at InuYasha. She raked her fingernails across his face, but he held fast to her neck choking the life out of her. Kikyou gagged and she slowly started to feel the life drain out of her.

InuYasha knew she was almost gone, and he intended to finish her if Kagome hadn�t tapped on his shoulder. "Don�t kill her InuYasha!" she shouted half in pain and the other half in fright. "Please don�t kill her!"

InuYasha looked at Kagome bewildered. She didn�t want him to kill her. She deserved to die! "Kagome?" he asked her in a worried voice. Kagome screamed once more and through heavy breaths managed to say, "It is not her fault!"

"Not her fault!? Woman are you daft!?" he started to shout and he tightened his grip on her throat. Kikyou gagged once more, but Kagome grabbed InuYasha�s arm. "Nnn�nnOO!"

"If you love me and this child, you shall let her live! I believe she won�t come after me anymore or you if you let her go! She is in pain! Look at her InuYasha and see!"

InuYasha looked at Kikyou, and he could see something he never saw there. It was agony in her brown eyes. Something in the past he knew went very wrong and he was sure he was the one to do it.

He let her go, and Kikyou gagged once more and scrambled away from him. "Murderer!" she shouted. Kagome collapsed onto InuYasha. "What did I do to you Kikyou!?" he asked her looking down at Kagome. "What the hell did I do to you that would make you want to harm innocent life?!?" he asked angered.

"KesKay!" she shouted once more. InuYasha looked up at her and a youkai with bright green hair flashed through his mind. "Oh my Gods!" he said remembering what happened. "That woman was you? You were KesKay�s wife?&quoe ase asked her.

He remembered KesKay. He was yokai, and he killed him. "You killed KesKay, and then our child was stolen from me!" she screamed. He did not die in vain! He had to die! He was taking over the western lands and InuYasha had turned into his demon form. He didn�t want to kill KesKay but Sesshomaru ordered him to! Sesshomaru was an evil person back then. He was taking over all the Western Lands and anyone who tried to interfere was taken care of.

"I am sorry for the loss of your child, but there is nothing I can do about KesKay. Yes I did kill him, and I hope you will forgive me�but! You come in here trying to take the two most precious things from me!! I will spare you for now..but try and do it again, and I shall not let you live!" he said with remorse in his eyes, looking down at Kagome.

"Don�t you see?" Kikyou asked him getting to her feet, still clutching her throat, "I don�t feel anything, if I die it doesn�t matter!" she shouted coming towards InuYasha again. "I shall kill her and your baby! You will feel what I feel!"

Kikyou ran and jumped in mid air for Kagome who was in InuYasha�s lap, but was struck down by a huge boomerang looking object. "Stupid Bitch! Who the hell does she think she is messing with!?" said Sango with Miroku behind her. They were both looking rough, especially Sango whhairhair was all over the place, and her night clothes looked wrinkled. Miroku had half a grin and half a scowl on his face. InuYasha looked up at them both, "Where the hell have you two been?" he asked furiously.

Sango turned red in the face and started to mumble. "Well..you uh�see..um Miroku and I..um.." InuYasha silenced her wi han hand and nodded his head. Miroku just smiled brightly and patted Sango on the bum, whose fist came around connecting with his jaw.

"Enough! Get Kagome out of here!" InuYasha picked up Kagome and handed her to Miroku. "I have unfinished business here!" he said walking over to Kikyou who was unconscious.

InuYasha picked up Kikyou in his arms, and jumped off the balcony with her running as fast as he could. He looked down at her face, which looked peaceful as she slept.

"Push Kagome!" said Sango as she held Kagome�s hand tightly. Kagome screamed, and sweat trickled down her brow. Miroku was in between her legs waiting for the little head to peep out, so he could pull the little tyke out. "Almost there Kagome," he told her as he saw the little head starting to come through.

Kagome gave one final push and she heard the cry of new life fill the air. Her and InuYasha�s son was born. Miroku handed him to Sango who cleaned him off and handed him to Kagome. "Where is InuYasha? He needs to be here!" she told them, but looked down at her son.

He had beautiful amber eyes like his father, but his hair was black as night. "You are so beautiful!" she said as she kissed his forehead, and held him close. "To think I almost didn�t want you!" she scowled at herself. There was knock at the door and InuYasha strolled in. He had blood on him, and Kagome knew something had happened. She noticed the limp he had when he walked to the bed to look at his son. "What happened?!" she asked him worried.

"Nothing to worry about my love," he said taking his son in his arms. "Have you figured a name for him yet?"

"Well I had thought a name after his father might be nice and suiting?"

"Feh, well he may be my son, but he is his mother�s beautiful image!"

Kagome laughed, and her eyes started to roll in the back of her head. She was tired, more tired than she had ever been in her life. InuYasha went to her kissing her lips gently, "Sleep, my love, you need it!"

"Yes, take care of him," she said drifting off into a deep slumber.

InuYasha looked down at his son and smirked. "Yes, you did this to your mommy! Look at her, she so tired, you have been a bad boy!" he teased, but kissed his son.

He looked around the room. "Hmm..I wonder where Sango and Miroku went?"
**sorries, it has been soo long�but I am tellin ya I have been super busy..and there is also when I would actually sit down to write I had nothing to write about�I will say what happens in the next chapter�and I am sorry this one is soo like blah but..dammit I had no inspiration!! I need inspiration!! I crave it!! Thanx for all the great reviews!! Love ya mean it chow
