A/N:
I AM SORRY FOR THE LACK IN POSTING BUT THERE HAD BEEN 2 DEATHS IN THE FAMILY
AND WELL I DIDN'T WANT THAT TO CHANGE THE WAY THIS STORYW AS GOING. BUT UNFORTUNATELY,
IT DID. MY COUSIN AND UNCLE PASSED AWAY IN A CAR ACCIDENT (HOSPITAL ACTUALLY)
AND I WAS EXECUTOR OF THE WILL. IRONIC. ANYWAYS, I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN
EVERYTHING SETTLE. THE FUNERAL WAS THIST WST WEEKEND. HOWEVER, THE BEST THING
ABOUT IT..I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE WHO WORE THE BRIGHTEST COLORS AND DIDN'T
GIVE A SHIT. EVERONE HAD SOMETHING ICE TO SAY...I DIDN'T. I THINK THAT WAS THE
BEST PART ABOUT THE FUNERAL. PISSING THE FAMILY OFF *GRINS*WELL
I LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE WHO IS READING AND ENJOYING THIS FIC. IT HAS BEEN
BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT THERE IS SOME CONFUSION BETWEEN THE INTERACTION OF
KAGOME AND INUYASHA.TO
PUT IT PLAIN AND SIMPLE, WHEN A PERSON HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED OR IS BEING HELD
AGAINST THERE WILL THERE'S A BOND THAT GROWS BETWEEN KIDNAPPER AND KIDNAPPEE.
SOMETIMES IT CAN BE REVERSE BUT MOST TIMES, IT CANNOT. THIS IS THE SITUATION
WITH KAGOME AND INUYASHA. I CANNOT EXPLAIN WHY KAGOME DO WHAT SHE DOES WITH
INUYASHA MAYBE ITS A SURIVAL INSTINCT or MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE SHE'S GROWN TO LOVE
IT *shrugs* I HOPE THAT HELPS SOMEWHAT.Kagome and Sesshoumaru
Thank you for listening to me. ::coughs:: I didn't know
whom else I could have told. Everyone looks at me as if I have some sort of
disease. ::shrugs:: Maybe I do. ::sighs:: What do you think? DO you think I'm
crazy for wanting to know where he is? Do you think I'm crazy for loving a man
like that. ::lays down on bed, rolls onto side and look out the window:: I try
hard to forget him but look at me. There's not an inch of flesh unmarred. Every
piece of me has been beaten, sliced, and/or pierced. My mom and grandfather
talks about putting me in a home so I can be looked after and Souta avoids me
like the plague. ::shakes head:: I can't expect you to understand how I feel
but maybe...that just a little you can understand what I went through.Sesshou sat there and listen to this girl talk about his
brother for the past couple of days. 'It was amazing that she even survived
with her soul intact,' he thought. Sesshoumaru listen to the rhythm of her
voice as she talked about her encounter with Inuyasha. HE notices the rise and
pitch of each syllable when it came to describing what was done."Obviously the girl is strong but why stop at her
then disappeared?'This puzzled Sesshou. He noticed that nothing changed
about her room after her ordeal or the way she carried herself when she was
with him. The damage is all on the outside.'But I wonder?'
"Kagome tell me something? Did Inuyasha ever
mention where he was going?""He mentions America indirectly several times. I
mean he never came right out and said it but he implied it," she mumbled
into the pillow.Sesshou stood and paced the room. Kagome turned and saw
Inuyasha's brother looking pensive."I really doubt that he will try anything."
She offered trying to ease the tension that was building."Kagome, I want you to check yourself into a
home."Kagome shook her head. She had this argument with her
mother and she refused to do it."I won't do it. I would be just another statistic
in this. I know I can live with this nightmare and I will. Not my mom,
grandfather or you will keep me from my life."Sesshou stood up and stretched from sitting so long. He
walked over to the open window and looked out."Then will you talk to someone for me."
Kagome looked at his back in thought.
"Why?"
"It seems that out of all the girls that my
brother has done this too. You are the only one that makes any since. The other
girls that were committed were broken. You," he turned and looked into her
