Prompt Summary: Kagome explains why she's not scared to be around them.

Once breakfast was over, the two started back out toward the fence. The disdainful look Sesshoumaru shot their way as they passed by had Bankotsu wondering why he didn't just become a hermit if he was so anti-social, but he thought it best not to suggest such a thing to the man himself.

Without a word, the two quickly fell into the rhythm they had the day before. Before they had realized how hot it was getting, a voice called out, "Would you like some refreshments?" Turning around, the two found Kagome standing there with a pitcher of lemonade and two glasses.

"Much obliged, ma'am," Bankotsu thanked her as he tipped his hat in a polite fashion, causing Jakotsu to giggle behind him. Ignoring the out burst, Bankotsu took the offered glass and quickly downed the contents. As Kagome handed the second glass to Jakotsu, she watched the interaction between them with a smile.

"If I may ask, should you be coming out to us alone like this? I mean we're nice enough guys, but we are still strangers and what if we weren't the good guys?"

"You needn't worry yourself none about that, dear. If anyone tries to get out of line, I just need to remind them about the last man that did," Kagome assured him with a bright smile. "My husband hung him. And I do not mean execution style. Oh no, he hung him upside down. From a tree. At the edge of a cliff. For two days."
