Who is he?

"Stay calm Enzera he can't touch you as long as your here. He cannot come through the barrier around the castle." Sesshoumaru reassured me.

"I'm not afraid. I'm angry. I want him to pay for what he did to my mother."

"He will pay, this Sesshoumaru promises you this."

" I want him to die for what he did but not too quickly. I want him to suffer the way mother suffered. I want to rip his heart from his chest and let him watch it as it dies in my fist."

"You better stop talking like that. You’re turning me on." Sesshoumaru smiled.

He scooped me up and we returned to bed. Lying in his arms I fall asleep. Naraku invades my dreams again.


"Enzera" He hisses.

"What do you want you bastard?" I yell.

"I want what your mother failed to give me."

"What are you talking about you idiot I will never serve you no matter what you do you can't ever make me do you bidding. You will never have me!"

"I have given up on having you but I will except the two pups you now carry as a replacement."

"Pups?!" I question. " You are insane I am not carrying pups. Even if I was you'd never get them I wouldn't let you."

"Enzera, I can see it now it's like a dream and memory all in one, you are chained to a wall here with me and I split you open like a ripe melon stealing your pups and spilling your bowels out onto the floor and stand back to watch you bleed just like your sweet mother did mmm your death will smell as good as hers I bet."

"Fuck you it's never going to happen!"

"Oh it won't you say, what you don't see is it has already started to happen just by you carrying Sesshoumaru's pups. I told you I am going to take them and I know you are carrying two. Do you really think I'm bluffing? How else would I know you’re pregnant? Your mate knows you are too. He does not know there are two of them. I had to get that information from someone who can see the future. Feel free to ask him if I lie. I'm surprised you can't tell you’re pregnant yourself. Must be denial. Fear of failing your babies like your mother failed you. You'll fail them one day and come to me. I promise I'll be waiting for you my dear."

"NOOOO!" I screamed as I woke.

"Enzera, what is it?" My lover asked.

"I am going to have your pups?"

"Yes, you are going to have lots of pups with this Sesshoumaru and you even carry one now."

"No. Not one. I am carrying two and Naraku means to take them."

"Two?" Sesshoumaru repeated with a proud grin.

"Yes, two and he wants them, he is going to try to steal them." I cried.

"We won't allow him too."

Sesshoumaru held me as I tried to cry myself to sleep. I was so worried. I never felt this kind of fear before. We have to think of something I can't let him have them. We need a plan. I need to talk to Kagome. I'll ask for her and Inuyasha's help. I don't think we can do this alone and I won't lose Sesshoumaru to that bastard. I will not lose our offspring. I won't fail them. I continue to try to think of ways to end this mess with out anyone getting hurt or killed but I know that there will be bloodshed and feel guilty about being pregnant. My sleep that night is constantly interrupted by memories of Naraku and his boast of killing me the way he killed my mother. Why would he say he'd be waiting for me?


When I finally wake the next morning I find myself alone in our bed and feel a wave of panic flood through me. Servants rush in and out with fresh food and clothing for me. None of them will look at me or answer my questions. The only thing I can think of is where my mate could be and then I feel sick. Oh please don't let him be where I think he is.

(At Inuyasha and Kagomes camp)

"Inuyasha." Sesshoumaru spoke. "We need to talk."

"What is that about?" Kagome wondered out loud.

The two walked away from the camp leaving Kagome, Sango, and Miroku staring after them in shock.


"What do you want Sesshoumaru? I bet it's got be big if your coming to me to talk." Inuyasha asked with an attitude in his voice.


"Enzera, is going to have pups and Naraku means to steal them from her. It seems to this Sesshoumaru that it would make him a common enemy between you and I. Since you have not been successful in beating him I believe it would be in everyone's best interest if we all join together to defeat him once and for all."

"Pups huh?" Inuyasha smirked.

"Inuyasha did you not hear anything after I said pups?" Sesshoumaru said impatiently.

"Yea, join up blah, blah I'll think about it."

Inuyasha went back to camp and Sesshoumaru headed back to our home.

"Well Inuyasha, what did he want?" Kagome asked curiously.

"Ah, nothing much Enzera is going have pups and Naraku seems to want them so my half-brother though we should join up together and get rid of Naraku once an for all."

"So what did you tell him? Sango asked.

"I said I'd think about it."

"SIT!" Screamed Kagome. I will go tell him we'll help. You idiot she's my friend how could you say…. I'll think about it. You JERK!"

Then she walked off towards our castle followed by her other companions.


"Wait for me wench!" Inuyasha called after her.
