A/N: Hey everyone! Here is another random story; I�ve never done an Inuyasha fiction before� I have only ever seen the
anime and, in all honesty, have only gotten to episode #38 I believe. Therefore, I don�t know how the adventure ended for
Kagome but heck I figure I�ll give it a shot. Oh and I hate Kikyo so if she is killed or maimed or completely bashed please
try not to mind. What can I say? I�m prejudice against walking corpses of dead miko�s made of dirt and bones. Although my
fingers itch at the idea of writing a lemon with her and Naraku� anyhow on with the tale!

�How long has it been� how long since I ended my adventures in Feudal Japan? How long has this unbearable emptiness plagued
my t ant and soul?
Oh that�s right� it appeared when I struck the final blow that killed Naraku. When I sent that enchanted arrow flying right
into that demented head of his. It really was a great shot� nailed him right between the eyes. Then Inuyasha came and,
like his usual gallant and heroic self, finished him off using the Tetsaiga.
After the blinding light of Naraku�s death died down Inuyasha turned and looked at me with sad, dull eyes. Realizing the
same thing I did. It was over� I had to return home permanently.
We would never see each other again��
Kagome sighed and leaned her back against the God Tree. Idly her hand reached up over her head and fingered the small crack
in the trunk of the tree. That was where Kikyo�s arrow had Inuyasha pinned for fifty years.
She smiled faintly.
�Inuyasha�� she thought. �I wonder if you would still be pinned up against the God Tree if I hadn�t traveled back in time
through the well? Maybe if I had released you here in my time you and I could have� no, I better not even think things like
that.� Tears welled up in her eyes and a sharp pain flashed in her heart. �Inuyasha� I hope she made you happy��

~*~*~*~*~Flashback~*~*~*~*~

�KAGOME!!!!� screeched a crying Shippou as he held on to Kagome�s shirt like his life depended on it. �I don�t want you to
go! Please don�t leave me!!!�
Kagome hugged Shippou fiercely, cradling him in her arms. �Shippou� I�m so sorry but I can�t stay here. This isn�t where I
belong.� A tear streamed down her cheek and into the kitsune�s red hair. �Please understand. Besides, I�m sure Inuyasha
will take great care of you.�
The small fox boy looked over Kagome�s shoulder to where the hanyou stood with his back facing the group next to the Bone
Eaters Well. Shippou sniffled and nodded as Kagome put him down. �I�ll miss you��
Kagome ran her hand over Shippou�s hair once more before she whispered, �I�ll miss you too��.
Mirouku came over to Kagome and gave her a decent friendly hug.
Stunned Kagome couldn�t help but stare at her lecherous friend.
Mirouku shrugged innocently. �What? My hands fine now no need to rush for heirs�� he lifted his normal looking right hand
that was free of the rosary and glove. �Besides�� he reached his hand over and pinched Sango�s ass. �I have another outlet.�
�PERVERT!!!� yelled the outraged Taijiya as she punched him on the back of the head. Mirouku fell like a sack of potato�s
with swirlies in his eyes.
Kagome smiled while the tears streamed down her face. She was going to miss this.
Sango turned back to Kagome and gave her a fierce hug. �Please don�t forget us Kagome� you�ve been like a sister to me ever
since I met you.�
Kagome pulled back from the hug and wiped away the Taijiya�s tears. �I�ll never forget you Sango� any of you. You�re all
in my heart now and forever.�
As Kagome stepped away from her friends, Mirouku came up and put his arm around Sango. She leaned into his embrace as they
began to walk back towards the village, Shippou following silently behind.
Butterflies fluttered in Kagome�s stomach as she stopped behind Inuyasha, waiting for him to turn. Her hand fiercely
clutched the recently restored Shikon no Tama. After what seemed like an eternity, Inuyasha finally faced her.
�Kagome� I-� he stopped as he saw a figure emerge from the surrounding forest.
Kikyo stood there watching them, dark eyes glittering with hatred for Kagome.
Kagome turned and saw what held Inuyasha�s gaze and the emptiness in her heart grew. �No more purpose, no more love� no
more opportunities to make him mine�� she thought as she grabbed his hand and yanked off the Shikon jewel from around her
neck. She pressed the jewel into his palm and closed his fingers over it. �I trust you to make right choice Inuyasha�
follow your heart. Use the jewel to become human so the bitch can drag you to hell with her� it�s what she wants right.�
Inuyasha looked at Kagome�s face, stunned by what she had done and said. �I-�
ashaasha was cut off when Kagome threw her arms around him and kissed him softly on the lips. She pulled back started
walking toward the well and whispered, �Please don�t say anything� just let me go. Full blooded human or demon, the choice
is yours and I know you�ll do the right thing Inuyasha� I trust you.�
With that said she climbed on the well and jumped in hearing him faintly whisper �Kagome�� before she finally reached her
home.

~*~*~*~*~End Flashback~*~*~*~*~

Kagome choked back a sob as she slid down the tree and sat on its roots. She was such a young fool. Now that she was a
woman of 21 years of age she realized she should have tried harder, she should have told Inuyasha how she felt and maybe�
maybe she could have stayed with him.
�Inuyasha�� she cried. �I should have told you� should have told you how much I loved you� I wish� I wish I could see you
again. I wish you were here� I- I don�t want to feel this agonizing loneliness anymore! God! I feel like I�m waiting for
you� waiting for you to come to me.�
�Kagome��
Kagome�s heart stopped. �That voice� it can�t be!� She turned slowly and saw a figure standing beside her. Her eyes slowly
traveled up his body, black boots and matching black leather pants fit snugly over long legs. A tight red shirt that dipped
into every crease of well toned muscle and a long black trench coat that had wisps of silvery white hair draped over it.
His gold eyes shimmered brightly as he gazed down lovingly at her. �I- Inu- Inuyasha?�
He grinned down at Kagome. �What�s up?�
Kagome launched herself at him and he barely maintained his balance. He laughed lightheartedly as she sobbed into his chest.
She reached up and took his face in between both hands and looked into his eyes. �Are you really real? I�m not dreaming
am I?�
�Nope� not dreaming.�
�How�� she then noticed the markings on his face and the new elfin like ears on the side of his head instead of the doggy
ears she use to dream of rubbing. �You� you became a full blooded youkai��
�It was the only way I could live long enough to see you aga
�But� what about Kikyo?�
Inuyasha frowned. �After you left I realized the mistake I had made� that thing was definitely not Kikyo� and even if she
had been� she was still nothing compared to you.�
Kagome blushed. �So if you were here all along how come you never came to me?�
�I had to wait until after you and my past self finished gathering the shards and the well permpermanently sealed before I
came to you. I couldn�t risk changing anything that had to happen.�
Kagome glared at him. �But the well has been sealed for 3 years now� Inuyasha� WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN FOR THE LAST THREE
YEARS!!!�
Inuyasha smiled and gulped nervously. �Uh� ah� well you see you were still pretty young� I mean, you were only 17 Kagome.
I wanted to give you a chance to move on.� He wrapped his arms around her waist and smiled down at her. �I didn�t know
exactly how you felt about me� My only clue was that kiss you gave me. So I wanted to see if you missed me at all, and� if
you would find someone new before I came barging into your life.�
�Inuyasha� I�m sorry. I should have told you how I felt. Now that you�re here I�m not going to hesitate. I love you
Inuyasha.�
He gazed at her lovingly. �I know� I heard you when you were crying.� He kissed her lips softly then moved over and
whispered into her ear, �I love you too Kagome.�
Kagome gave a short laugh before wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him fiercely on the mouth.
Inuyasha growled low in his throat and opened his mouth to tease her lips with his tongue. Kagome willingly parted and
allowed him to taste her. Inuyasha�s tongue teased Kagome, drinking in her essence. His hands traveled down her sides and
under her thighs pressing her pelvis hard against his own.
Kagome broke the kiss gasping for air. A tingling warmth began to spread from her stomach and into her most intimate place.
So many years wasted dreaming of this moment only to realize that they paled in comparison to the real thing. �Inuyasha��
Inuyasha pressed his nose into her hair and inhaled the sweet scent he had missed all those years. �Yes Kagome?�
Kagome pulled back and gazed into his passion clouded golden eyes. �Would you�� she blushed. �Would you� make me yours?�

as he removed his coat and shirt. The prayer beads and the Shikon jewel shined brightly around his neck.
Kagome sat up and caressed his muscular torso with her fingertips. The feather light touches moved around the jewel and
beads, tracing his collarbone. She looked up and saw his eyes shut firmly as a low growl emitted from his throat. Moving
her hand down over his pecks and abdominals, she traced his navel with her index finger then reached down and began to pull
at his belt buckle. After unlatching the buckle, she unbuttoned his pants and slipped them down.
Kagome�s eyes did their best saucer impersonation as she made two startling discoveries� One: Apparently Inuyasha did not
like either boxers or briefs, he preferred going commando and Two: Not even in her wildest and most erotic fantasies of him
had he ever been THIS large!

When Inuyasha felt the sudden hesitancy in Kagome�s actions, he opened his eyes and nearly laughed aloud at her expression.

Inuyasha stopped momentarily and allowed himself a smug smile before returning to his task. He moved his tongue lower and

Another loud scream told him she enjoyed it as he began to do with his tongue what he wanted to do with another part of his
anatomy. Quickly finding all of her pleasure spots he moved his tongue ruthlessly over them until he felt her muscles

Inuyasha moved over her body and kissed Kagome, allowing her to taste her own essence. She moaned and retuned the kiss
somewhat lazily, her mind still slightly fuzzy from the incredible euphoria she had experienced only moments ago.
She felt her lover�s body move off her and opened her eyes too see Inuyasha standing over her removing his boots and pants

She smiled and wrapped her legs around his waist. �Inuyasha, I�ve wanted this for so long� there�s no way I�m backing down

After a few minutes of silent scrutiny, Inuyasha finally barked out a loud, �WHAT! Do I have something on my face or what?�
�No� I was just wondering how come you have the two stripes on each cheek like your brother Sesshoumaru but you don�t have
the crescent moon on your forehead?�
�The stripes are from our father, the moon was from Sesshoumaru�s mother.�
�Oh�� she whispered as she fingered his beads. �Inuyasha� why did you keep the prayer beads? I thought you hated them.�
�They�re something that reminded me of you.� He looked up at the sky. �Hey it�s getting late; we better get inside before
you get sick.� He smirked mischievously at her. �So, your place or mine?�
�Well my place is closer, so let�s go there. Besides� mom, Souta and Grandpa have really missed you. Although� mom might
be disappointed that you don�t have your doggy ears anymore.� She stood up and winced slightly at the pain between her legs.
Dusting the grass off her body casually she collected her clothing and proceeded to dress.
Inuyasha snorted as he followed suit. �Well if you all miss them that much all I have to do is take off the Shikon Jewel
and I�ll be half demon again.� He removed the jewel and his body returned to the half demon form. �Besides, I only needed
it so that I�d survive till I found you again.� He fini dre dressing, walked over to Kagome, and slipped the jewel back
around her neck. It shimmered brightly against her shirt for a few seconds almost as if it recognized her.
Kagome smiled and hugged her half demon. She reached up and began to rub his ears as he buried his face in the crook of her
neck. �Good! I like you like this much better anyhow. This is who you are Inuyasha� this is who I fell in love with.
There�s just one thing I want to know��
�What�s that my love?� he whispered as he caressed her neck.
�Do you think the beads still work? Cause if they do I�m going to have to be careful about saying sit-�
Inuyasha slammed face first into the ground.
�-from now on� OH! Sorry, I�m so sorry Inuyasha!� she cried as she tried to help him up.
Inuyasha lifted his face out of the dirt and growled, �Kagome��
