Angel: -.- Dragon…What The Hell Are You Doing With Them!?!?
Dragon: O.O What they wanted to come…
*Looks down at four large chains connected to Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru, Kouga, and Miroku with Shippou sitting on her shoulder.*
Dragon: ^.^ I’m the master now! Right Shippou?
Angel: Oh god lets just get on with the story…

“Running is useless; you will die for the betrayal of your kind”
The low whisper made the young youkai shiver all over as he had realized the snake youkai was gaining on him quicker than he anticipated. He was beginning to tire out and the rebel headquarters was still far away. A small whimper escaped the child’s lips as fear pumped through his body
‘I can’t keep this up any longer; if I keep going like this I’m going to collapse.’ The young kitsune’s thoughts were interrupted as the scrapping sound of the snakes’ body against the cold hard floor sent goose bumps along his arms.
Darting his eyes over the ally way; the fox looked for a way out. Tall ominous buildings loomed on both sides of him with cracked old walls reaching high. The ally was dark and seemed to go on forever. Clouds loomed in the night sky blocking out the large moon and twinkling stars.
Figures I would choose the darkest and longest ally to run down. Well at least I lost the other two youkai.
Beads of sweat appeared and started to trickle down his face just as his legs started to cramp from all the running. The young fox noticed that he no longer heard the snake following him and decided to chance a look over his shoulder. Stopping abruptly all he saw was the long ally way and the snake was no where to be found.
“Shit! Where is he I knew I should have paid closer attention to where he was at?”
The night stillness seemed to close in around him as he scanned the area for his lost foe. “Where could he have gone? There is only forward and back,” contemplated the young kitsune.
His breath was coming fast and short and his lungs seemed to be on fire. With his knees feeling like jelly, the child’s knees hit the floor bruising them. He knew instantly that he was in trouble; stopping now would practically mean death for him. Regardless of his attempts he couldn’t get his body to respond and get moving. Hanging his head in defeat he decided to allow his body to rest for a while.
He realized that his clothes stuck to his sweaty, achy body, and he knew he was going to be feeling the consequences for a long time after today.
“That’s if I even get out of this alive! Even if I do make it out of here in one piece, the first thing I’m doing is taking a long got shower; even my tail is upset with all this grime on me.”
Looking back at his light red tail, he noticed that the fur was matted together and it sat limply on the floor.
Shaking his head he took a look around the ally way trying to find traces of the snake youkai. I know he is still around here; there is no way he could have gotten out of this ally he thought as he scanned the area.
Finally able to stand up he started walking quickly looking to the sides for a break in the buildings. He walked for about 10 minutes before he finally found a narrow side ally leading out to an empty street. As he entered the narrow passage he noticed that the ground began to shudder and crack behind him.
“What the hell….”
Before he could finish his sentence; the ground behind him broke, sending concrete slabs flying. As the dust finally cleared, he saw the dark brown flared head of the snake and the diamond patterned body immerges from a large hold in the earth.
The small fox was stunned for a moment as he saw the snake immerge. The snake’s slit yellow eyes locked with his wide green ones, and as fast he could move his little body, he bolted off towards the street. As his body few out of the narrow passage way he noticed a large mass to the left of him. His blood turned cold just as a gun shot fired through the air.
The bullet entered and exits his left leg, spraying blood in its leave.
Tears welled up in his eyes as a scream tore from his throat. He rolled as he hit the ground scraping and bruising his small body. Blood oozed from his wound and poured out onto the floor as he clutched on to his leg. The tears feel from his eyes clearing his blurring vision. The large snake demon approached him and right behind him stood the two demons dressed in black clothing that he thought he lost earlier.
“Did you seriously think that a child such as you could lose us?”
Amusement seemed to drip off the snakes hissed words, as the kitsune’s perplexed eyes starred into those of the snakes. Slithering closer the snake slowly wrapped its body around the little kitsune. Panic and fear blossomed anew inside the fox as he began to squirm, trying to free himself from the snake’s tightening grip.
A hiss like laughter rang out at the fox’s useless attempts.
“Please child, your attempts are in vain, if you accept defeat like a good boy, I just might let you die quickly, unlike the death of your parents will likely be.”
Anger flared up inside the fox’s breast at the taunt.
“You bastard, I’ll kill you before you get the chance to touch them!”
Sliding his little hands free of the cold tightening grip of the snake, the fox did the only thing he could think of.
“Fox fire!”
Light blue flames burst forth and seared the snake’s face and upper body. An angry hiss escaped from the snake as his grip loosened on the boy as he flared out in a warning pushing the two youkai back.. Taking his only opportunity, the kitsune used his fox magic to transform his body into that of an awkward bird.
His leg was afire with pain, leaving white spots dancing in front of his eyes. Clenching his teeth, he launched himself in the air trying to gain altitude. It was his last and desperate chance to escape.
“Shoot him down.”
The words barely hit his ears as two shots were fired out hitting him in each wing. Transforming back into his small fox form, he tumbled the short way back to earth. A sickening crack was heard as he hit the ground hip first, shattering the bones in the leg he was shot in.
Moaning and whimpering, the child rolled on his back letting the darkness close in around him.
“I will not let your plans be set into motion; they will die along with you.”
The hissed words seemed distorted, and as more words were spoken, the less he was able to hear and understand.
With his red hair covering his face, the young kitsune finally blacked out, leaving the pain of his broken and bloodied body behind.

Dragon: Come on Angelstar just let me keep them for a little bit…They willingly volunteered for this; in fact the outfits were there idea to.
Angel: Outfits! They are wearing Speedos!!
Dragon: o.o Well Shippou is clothed and enjoying himself.
Shippou: Yup I sure am!!
Angel: Of Course He Is!! Now PUT THEM BACK!!!
*Dragon sits in a high chair with the boys around her as she pets a pissed off Sesshoumaru*
Dragon: I don’t want to….
Angel: Dragon I will give you to the count of Five… 1,2,3,4….
Dragon: Alright! Fine! Don’t get your panties in a bunch I’ll take them back…..as soon as I get done! *Grins*
Angel: Oh geez!
