I was going to make this just a little poem I wrote that could relate... though it was written for totally different purposes.... but I have decided to add on to this... and put a few more poems into the mix. I hope you enjoy and leave me a review. I really do like when I get the response of feelings that my poetry maybe could have invoked. so ENJOY!
Is it wrong to say the words...

That my heart so longs to exude?

Consuming each breath...

I can't find my self in this dignified untruth.

Looking in this mirror..

I only see your face..

I try to find the source of this devotion...

But I never find a trace.

Taking over,

My thoughts taunted all the time,

But you have no idea how this feels ..

haunting the deepest crevasse of my unspoken mind.

Be it in the letters,

Written... doused in tears...

Explaining these conclusions...

Never finding your eyes, my dear.

Take whatever's left,

But don't walk away.

I stand here before you ...

Wishing that you stay.

Insatiably I'm holding,

this broken heart for your keeping.

Drowning in the pain,

The rejection of the lies seething.

So is it okay,

To tell you that I love you?

Though no ending is perfect,

Am I wrong to say?

Can I feel your embrace,

safely keeping hold?... I ask...

Or will this shattering heart,

be crushed within your grasp?
