Broken swords and broken promises

Hi every one my other stories are on hold for now

I came up with a new story line

It a Kagome Sesshoumaru though at first it won�t seam

like it here is a brake down for when people are talking

and such

Chapter one

She was home again and she just managed to finish up

one of her many test

Sighing she plops down on her bed and closes her

eyes

Breath deep and slowly unwinding her mind is in a

whirlwind

�Inu Yasha can was so stubborn this time he wouldn�t

even let me leave the village unless he escorted me I

even had to sit him so I could come down the well...�

sighing again and rolling on to her back she looks at her

sealing and listens to the birds out side her window

with her arm on her forehead as she asked allowed

there was a knock at the door and she sits up

�Sis Dinner is almost ready are you going back to the

looking up to see he little brother she smiled

Leavening the room she hears him mumble

after dinner some thing is not right in Sengoku...�

Each family member looked at her and she laughs

hears it swords clashing in the distance

finding a good grip in the dark well she slowly made her

way up she tossed her bag over before climbing over her

self there she see it

Eyes wide her hear pounding with each hit of the two

swords Tetsusaiga and Tōkijin

Her body pulled and pulsed with each deadly swing

breath less she watched on

As Sesshoumaru battled his brother

�worthless half breed you are not worth to possess

that witch is with you�

�BASTERED�

he raised his sword and cried out

�KAZE NO KIZU!�*

she saw it before Inu Yasha did his smirk her hear stopped

and her body pulled again

she leaped form her spot

�IIEE..INU YASHA!!�

she heard him speak softly as each of her feet hit the

ground rushing to his aid

tears in her eyes

those deadly words

�Sōryūha�*

she found her self in the middle of both attacks she heard her love

�YOU BAKA GET OUT OF THE WAY!!�

her body pulsed as anger surrounded her a pink and blue energy

surrounded her and her power soaked both of there attacks and blasted them away she turns to

Inu Yasha eyes Narrowing

�Baka....I�m a Baka who is out here fighting when...�

she was interrupted as a demonic wave surrounded her she felt him

come in fast as she turned she saw his claws green with his Poison

her eyes widen her one thought was

�he�s going to kill me�

then she saw white fly past her and Strait to Inu Yasha it sounded

like a dog fight the a sharp Wine it happed so fast as she turned

Sesshoumaru had just pulled his poises hand out of Inu Yasha Chest

her heart clinched tears sprang to her eyes they had some how tumbled

10 feed away from her as the fought for that brief second

He stood over his pray

�finally we killed the insolent whelp�
�Hn�pathetic half breed�

he saw a vision of dark black blue hair rush by him with speed quiet

impressive for a human

�Inu Yasha..�

she shook him

�INU YASHA!?�

again nothing

and with out a thought she jumped up and grabbed Tenseiga from Sesshoumarus

sheath on his bad his eyes widen she was fast for a Human he watched as the

might sword pulsed with her body and she song it over Inu Yasha�s dead body

he watched as the Miko defeated the soul steals with his own sword it was only

a second as he eyes grew hard and he grabbed her by her wrist

�You stupid girl...have you any Idea what you have just done?�

cold gold eyes met tear filed blue ones as she tried to jerk free but only managed to drop the sword

It sounded like glass hitting the soft grass as Inu Yasha took a breath of life

He had died he to heard the glass break he sat up eye blurry as he looked toward his

�Great brother and Kagome.�

And that one word in a whisper broke her heart

�Kikyo?�

her hear throbbed as she looked form Sesshoumaru to Inu Yasha

� Hai I know What I did I Saved him..�

his smirk was cold just as his voice was

�For what Miko...to be miss-token for his dead lover?�

Inu Yasha�s eyes came back into focus ash he saw Kagome Struggling and then looked down

to the ground he did it again he called her Kikyo but the thing that stopped his musing was when his Sesshoumarus spoke again

�For Breaking This Sesshoumarus sword Miko I have the right to take you life�

Inu Yasha Growled

�YOU CAN�T TAKE HER LIFE BASTERED SHE HAS PROMISED ME THE SHILO NO TAMA NOW LET HER GO.�

He dropped her to the ground and gold eyes meet gold

�why Little brother you care for you human wench and yet you have not mated her.�

�NO I DON�T CARE FOR HER SHE IS JUST MY SHARD DETECTOR�

Kagome looked at him with anger as she said the magic word to shut him up

�INU YASHA OSUWARI!�

with a crash he went to the ground in she turned towards the Taiyoukai with the

broken pieces of Tenseiga

�Please for give me Sesshoumaru I did not mean to break your sword If we take it to

Totosai I am sure he can fix it for you.�

He looked and he and his beast purred with delight

'innocent�sweet...unclaimed...Miko�.mine�

eyes narrowing so it was almost the season for a rutting and she was unclaimed

granted she did have Inu Yasha�s scenting mark he knew the Hanyou was only doing

it for her protection a week and the season would begin it would take 3 weeks to

be at the swords man lair

�very Well Miko I shall give you till don to ready your things you shall leave

with this Sesshoumaru then.�
