(AN: well hi! Sorry I know it has been a while since I updated. I have been doing school! This spring semester is kicking my butt! I am doing revises and updates on stories seeing as it is spring break for me :D So here is a one shot that thanks to Astraea from Aff.net for giving me the idea! Credit goes to her!)

Shippo was coloring a new picture for Kagome, when he started to hear a vibrating sound from inside the cabin. He stopped coloring for a minute to look around for the sound. When he couldn’t see it, he dropped his blue crayon and started to look for the vibrating sound. After a minute, the buzzing sound went away and Shippo shrugged his shoulders and went back to coloring. He was about finished with his first drawing when the vibrations came again. He once again got up and started to look around again. He passed Kagome’s sleeping bag and heard it coming from there. So he opens up the sleeping bag and crawls in. He couldn’t find it anywhere so he crawls back out and bumps right into Inuyasha’s leg. Inuyasha looks down and scoffs.

"What the hell are you looking for Shippo?"

"Whatever is making that sound."

"A sound? What kind of sound?"

"Some kind of vibration sound. I thought it was coming from Kagomes sleeping bag, but i guess not."

"Could it be a demon?"

"No. I would have sensed it when I came across this cabin" said Miroku as he walked in

"Heh, you must be off your game then Miroku"

"Shush you two and help me find out where the sound is coming from."

Inuyasha pulled out his sword and Miroku loosens his beads and they started to look everywhere for that sound. Shippo once again heads to the sleeping bag to check again. Once again the sound gets louder and louder from the sleeping bag. But instead of looking inside the sleeping bag, he flips it over and finds where the sound was coming from. He just stares at it until the buzzing sound goes away. He turns to Inuyasha and Miroku.

"I found it but I don’t know what it is. Do you two know?"

Both shrugged their shoulders before walking over and staring at it. Inuyasha then decides to picks it up and sniffs it, then licks it. Inuyasha makes a face and drops it back into shippos hand. Once it landed in his hand, the thing starts to vibrate again. They all stare at it as it vibrates in Shippo’s hand. It vibrates for 5 minutes before stopping. Inuyasha and Miroku shrug and wander to different sides of the cabin. Shippo stares at it for a minute before taking it back to where his coloring books were. He sits down and starts to examine it. The first thing he notices is that it has a split on it. He grabs on the either side and it opens it. He looked at all the buttons first and notices that they are all numbers. Then he looks up and sees a picture of Kagome flashing. He was about to call Inuyasha, when it started to Vibrate again. Shippo then saw a weird building on the screen and saw that it said Kagome’s house on it, so he pushes the button to talk.

"Hello? Eri? Yuka? This isnt funny!!"

"Kagome is that you?"

"Shippo?! What are you doing with my phone?"

"This is a phone? What the heck is a phone and why are you trapped in it?"

"No Shippo. I’m not trapped, I am safe in my time. A phone is what we use in my time to communicate with others. Where did you find it?"

"Oh it was under the sleeping bag you left-"

"Shippo! Who the hell are you talking to?" asks Inuyasha

"I am talking to Kagome on her phone."

"That is a phone? Is she okay?" yelled Inuyasha

"Yes Inuyasha, I am. No worries. Now can it be possible to get my phone before tonight??"

"I can run right over and give it to you Kagome, but hold on; there is some kind of message on your phone that is flashing."

"No Inuyasha! Wait don’t accept-"

"Meet me at the park at the fountain at 6pm. We will go from there. -H. Who is that Kagome and why are you meeting him at the park?"

"Um, well first of all it is none of your damn business and second-"

"Yes it is Kagome, if it concerns your safety, then it is my business. Now spill."

"No! You have nothing to worry about! I am safe, I promise!"

"Spill woman! NOW!"

"Like I said, its none of your business. But i will tell you. I’m meeting Hojo at the park for a ride on his scooter to a party."

"Hojo! That bastard that brings you stuff? ILL KILL HIM and then you are coming back to this time so-"

"Inuyasha, SIT,SIT,SIT,SIT,SIT!!!"

Inuyasha suddenly ate dirt and Miroku and Shippo laughed very hard. Kagome growls on the phone for a second before taking a deep breath.

"Shippo, do me this favor; I want you to hold on to my phone for me. I don’t want Inuyasha anywhere near it. I’ll be back in a couple of days."

"Sure but is it going to vibrate a lot?"

"It might but I’m going to tell you how to fix that."

With Miroku's help, Shippo was able to turn off the phone. Inuyasha finally got up and grabbed the phone to yell at her but Kagome was faster because she sat him 6 more times. Shippo grabbed the phone before it went into the crater with Inuyasha and talked to Kagome for a minute. He promised not to look at the messages on the phone and keep it away from Inuyasha. Kagome then asked for Miroku and within minutes, Inuyasha was in the other room with sutras all over the walls. Kagome told them not to let Inuyasha out till he cools down. Kagome says bye to them and Shippo closes the phone and carries it with him back to his coloring book, while Inuyasha was cussing a storm to be let out. Miroku smirks and sits down by the door and meditates. Shippo goes and grabs a yellow crayon and starts to color a new picture.
