Your name is Ren. (means water lily) You are half dog demon and the other half is elf demon. It makes you a mix breed to a sense, but only cause if you were called a half-breed they would think other wise. Your white hair has a blue tint to it and your eyes are gold with silver swirling around in it. (Writer: It moves. ) Your mom was an elf demon and your dad was a dog demon lord. He bought your mom as a pet and yeah all that good stuff. When you were born he was so happy cause now he was a daddy. When you turned 89 years in demon years you were about 6 years old in human years. At that age you were allowed to go for walks alone. You knew the guards were following you but you ignored them and always managed to out smart them. Once you knew they were long gone, you would go to a field with a bunch of wild flowers and sleep there.

Chapter 1

(Before the attack here is the info on the adults.) On a cool summer's night there were two demon lords talking of war. Their names were Lord Toga or Shuryou and Lord Ikakku or Inu Hanshou. The war was with the East and North Lords. Their names were Lords Kensei and Yuminara. The four Lords once were friends till greed got to them and split them apart. Lords Toga and Ikakku stayed as friends for they knew they would need each in the future. They had the right idea for together they could over run their old comrades. Well little did the two Lords of the West and South know. Their enemy had realized they were easy targets by themselves so they joined force just for this war. After the war they would fight one another till the death. The winner of course would rule the four lands. Now as for the ladies of those brave war lords. The lady of the West is Lady Yumi and the lady of the South is Lady Mika. (Writer: Plz be nice cuz I don't know her real name and Yumi means beautiful and Sesshomaru's mom is beautiful so I think I choose a nice name for her. Reader: Just get on with the story.) Then the two ladies of the North and East. The lady of the East is Lady Satori and the lady of the North is Lady Sona.

(Story starts)

When you awoke one day you smelt smoke in the distance and took off running in that direction. When you got there you seen your mom and dad fighting other demons. They seen you and both yelled for you to run. Well you ran but you were caught in the woods by a demon. He was laughing but had lessened his grip and you were able to get into a hollow tree. Once in the tree you thought you were safe but you were wrong. The demon from earlier came over and swung his sword at the tree and cut it but not all the way through. He did manage to cut you across your right eye and it hurt like hell. You were holding your right eye and kept quiet. Well he thought he had killed you and left. You stayed in the tree all night, waiting for someone you knew to come for you. Well your wish came true when your mom and dad came over to the tree. They were wounded badly but they didn't care. They took care of your wounded eye first then tended to themselves. Well they got sick soon after that. Your mom died first then 2 years later your dad pasted away. You were left all alone and you were only a child still. Your life changed when you meet another half demon and become best friends. Your world crumbled once he left one day and never returned.

(The present time)

You were sitting in a tree and just stared at the sky. You always wished you could fly. Then again anything that can fly can fall and get hurt or die from the crash landing. You always downed yourself now a days. You thought that you didn't deserved to live when anyone who you care about dies. Once you were brought to your senses you noticed a little boy crying. He looked about 5 maybe 6 years old and you felt sorry for him. You jumped down and walked over to him and said in a soft voice. "Little one are you lost or hurt?" He jumped and turned around when you spoke. "I promise not to harm you. I will help you if that is what you need?" He just looked at you. You could see the fear and sadness in his eyes and your heart sank. "Would you like for me to leave?" You asked quietly. He didn't move and just stared at you.

You started walking backwards toward the tree you jumped down from. You never took your eyes off of him while doing this. He never blinked as he watched you back away from him. Once he seen you jump up into the tree he sighed and sat down. Then from your spot in the tree you seen a bear demon coming in your direction. He was coming fast so you figured he knew that the boy was over here. You weren't going to let the bear get the boy. You got to where you could jump on the bear's back as he ran under the branch. The bear ran right under the branch as you predicted and you jumped onto his back and turned. You were in the position to where you could bite his neck or ear. Well he noticed your weight on his back and ran faster. You noticed this so you bit his ear and hard. He roared in pain and tried to knock you off by rolling on to his back. You smirked and released your hold on his ear and on his back.

You stood up and said to him. "Why are you in my hunting grounds demon? Tell me or I will kill you for entering." He looked at you and said with a low roar. "I am hunting down a human child cause his father attacked me. You shall not stop me mix breed." You shook your head and said in a tone that would scare the devil himself. "You will leave the human child alone or you will lose what you hold dearest. Do you understand me?" He simply nodded his head and walked off in the direction he came from. You jumped up in a tree and watched as he disappeared. The boy walked out of the bushes and started looking around then looked up at you and smiled shyly. "Thank you ma'am, my name is Shintaro. My father is the head of the Hijitaka family and will pay you for saving me."

You smiled then jumped down and bowed. "My name is Ren and I saved you because I don't wish to see anymore blood shed." He smiled and walked towards you. "Well that's good Ren but will you at least stay a night at our home and enjoy a wonderful meal?" You shook your head and spoke. "No thank you I love sleeping outdoors and hunting for my meals. I would how ever make sure you get home safely." He sighed and started walking towards the river near by. You noticed that he had a rip in his right sleeve. You simply whispered a spell and his sleeve was repaired before he even noticed it. He was cupping his hands to drink the fresh water from the river. When he was done drinking he looked up at the sky and spoke. "Ummm Ren if you don't mind me asking, what type of demon are you?"

You smiled at him and told him. "I'm half dog and half elf demon. My mother was the elf demon. My father was a dog demon war lord. The way they met was, well how should I put it? I guess you could say they met in a pet shop. He being a noble was able to buy a female or male pet to do as he wished. He bought my mother and they did everything together and he fell in love with her. Then well a few months later I came along and the family was complete. Oh hehehe sorry for talking so much Shintaro. I just haven't had anyone to talk to in forever." He started giggling then it turned into a laughing fit. He was rolling around on the ground, holding his sides.

Then once he regained his breathe he said. "It don't bother me I talk a lot at times to Ren. You don't need to feel bad about it. It just means that you will speak your mind or something like that." You smiled at him then turned around and crouched down. "If you are done drinking I can carry you to your home. If you wish to walk that is fine too." You said while looking over your shoulder. "Thanks Ren I think I will take you up on that offer. My feet are killing me." Shintaro said as he walked towards you. "Alright then make sure you hang on tight." You said with a smile. "Ok Ren." was all he said before hanging on tightly as you ran. You followed the scent of other humans. Once you got to the village everyone was looking at you as you walked through it.

"Where do you live Shintaro?" You asked while looking at some of the villagers that you passed. "On top of the hill, over there Ren." He said and started wiggling around on your back with excitement. "Ok now calm down please Shintaro. I can't walk very good with you wiggling. "You said in a kind yet stern voice. "Sorry" came a quiet reply from the young boy. "Its quite alright." You said as you sat him down on the ground and started to walk towards his hut. A man in his early thirties stepped out and just looked at you. Shintaro ran over to him and bowed. "Father this is Ren, she saved my life. May she stay here, if she so wishes?" Spoke Shintaro. "She is a demon and we are a demon slayer family Shintaro. Keeping this creature would be bad for our business, and our honor. Demons are bad company my son, remember that." Shintaro's father said.

Shintaro's father walked inside, making sure his son went ahead of him. He closed the door behind them. That's when you noticed the village had gone quiet. You looked around and seen no one out walking around. You sighed and turned towards the woods, then started to walk when you heard something clink. You turned around to look for the source of the noise. Though you should have ran when you heard it, you soon found the source. It was Shintaro's father, he was wearing his demon slayer outfit. He had his sword out and was ready to attack at moments notice. You knew you weren't welcomed to linger in the village. Then you notice some of the other villagers coming out in the same clothes. You bowed in respect and disappeared into the woods.

Once in the woods you could hear the cry of victory come from the village. ~"They should always keep they're guard up and keep quiet. This noise can attract unwanted guests."~ You thought to yourself. Well here you are alone again and to add to it, you were bored out of your mind. Being this bored always made you wish you had some friends or family. You decided that you would pick some herbs and flowers to pass the time. After that you could take a nice bath and then a nice long nap. ~"Yeah that sounds really nice right now. Taking a bath shall be the first thing I do. Then I can go pick my herbs and flowers. The nap won't really be needed so what should I do till then."~ You thought as you walked towards the hot springs.

You stopped dead in your tracks as you heard some other female voices in the near by distance. They seemed to be getting closer to you so you readied yourself for battle. Though once you seen them, they stopped talking and looked at you. "Are you friend or foe?" You asked. "Hopefully friend." Said the girl in the odd outfit. "My name is Ren, what's your names?" You stated while bowing. "My name is Kagome." Said the oddly dressed girl. "Mine is Sango." Said the woman in the demon slayer outfit. "Its an honor to meet you ladies." You said nodding your head towards them. "May we know where you are heading Ren?" Kagome asked. "I was heading towards the hot springs. Would you care to join me?" You said with a kind smile.

"Sure that sounds great. We were looking for the hot springs so we could bathe any ways." Stated Sango. "Well then follow me." You said as you started to walk deeper into the woods. ~"I'm so glad I was walking in this direction cause now I have someone to talk to."~ You thought to yourself as you started to hum a song. Once you three made it to the hot springs, you all stripped and got in. "What was that song that you were humming earlier Ren?" Sango asked. "Yeah it was beautiful." Stated Kagome. "Once Upon A December, my mom would sing it to me all the time." You said as you looked up at the sky. "Do you still remember the words to it?" Asked Kagome.

"Not really but as long as I remember the tune I should be alright. It reminds me of when I was little." You said as you started to get lost in your memories, you were brought back when you heard footsteps. "Are there others around with you ladies?" You asked as you were listening intently. "Just three others and Kirara, my two tailed demon cat." Said Sango. "Why do you hear something?" Asked Kagome. "Yeah I do, not sure of who they could be? If the wind was blowing in the opposite direction I could pick up their scents. Are your other companions females as well?" You asked getting out and starting to get dressed. "No they are males." Said both as they got out and started to get dressed as well.

"Ok then its a good thing that we got out and got dressed cause they are coming this way." You said as the wind finally decided to work in your favor. First you seen the twin tailed cat and a little kitsune. Next you seen a monk and he smiled at you, which you growled at cause he kinda gave you a bad feeling. Next you seen a half demon. He reminded you of your childhood friend, even smelled the same. When you locked eyes you couldn't help it. You went over and hugged him tightly. Then when you pulled back you punched him square in the jaw. "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?!?! " The half demon yelled at you." Your name is Inuyasha, correct?" You said flatly.

" Yeah, what is it to you? " He said rubbing his sore jaw." Don't you remember, its me, Ren. The little girl you left by herself for years on end." You stated with a menacing growl." Ren, is it really you." He said with shock written all over his face." Yeah, and I don't think I will be talking to you for awhile you big jerk face." You pouted." I can't believe how much you've grown Ren." Inuyasha said as he started to look you over. You smirked as you seen Kagome's face flush with anger. What made you scared was when Kagome said " SIT INUYASHA! ! ! !" and he did a face plant into the ground.

You looked at her and then back at Inuyasha's limp body, then back at her while tilting your head to one side." How did you do that Kagome?" You asked out of curiosity." It's the enchanted beads around his neck." She said, still fuming a bit." Oh cool but that really had to hurt." You said while wincing as you looked at his still limp body. The little kitsune walked over and smiled up at you." Hi my name is Shippo." He said with a grin that could make anyone feel good." Like that big jerk face said my name is Ren. It's nice to meet you Shippo." You said with a kind smile." My name is Miroku and would you consider having my child?" The monk said. You just stared at him and then a giant boomerang hit him in the head.

You looked at Sango and smirked. ~" I think somebody has the hots for a monk." ~ You thought to yourself and giggled at the thought." What is so funny Ren?" Shippo asked." Oh just a little thought I had, nothing to special." You said as you looked at him." Ok hey I seen a patch of really pretty flowers, you wanna go and pick some with me?" Shippo asked as he started to bounce up and down." Sure thing Shippo, I'd love to." You smiled and followed the happy kit towards the flower patch. Once there though you had a strange feeling of being watched but dismissed it. You wanted to enjoy the sunshine and the smell of flowers everywhere. After awhile though the feeling was still there and you were getting a little unnerved by it.

" Hey Shippo would you like to play a game of hide-and-seek?" You asked." Yeah that sounds great Ren." He said as he put his flowers in a pile near the trail." Ok then you go hide and I will count." You said as you went over towards a tree. Shippo took off running when he heard you start to count. You stopped counting and spoke in a very stern voice." Come out, I know your there." You let out a growl." Your smarter then I would have guessed Ren." Said the strange demon." Who are you?" You growled out." You will find out soon my little mix breed, but in all good time." Said the strange demon. Next thing you knew everything went black.
