Chapter 1

The sun had just passed noon when Sesshomaru stopped on the trail, he could smell his brothers group off in the distance. He had been sensing the miko for some time now. He looked back to his small group. Rin had started to play with the falling leaves, Ah-Un had taken a spot next to the small girl sensing that his master would want to leave the girl here.

"Jaken, I want you to take Rin back to my castle, It will be the first fall's full moon in two days, it will not be safe for her to be traveling with me then."

He waited well Jaken and Rin got on Ah-Un before he walked over to the small girl. She looked at him and smiled, knowing she wouldn't be sent away unless there was a battle.

"Sesshomaru-Sama, please be safe, this Rin will wait till you get back."

"Rin, do not trouble this Sesshomaru's generals to much, and remember your promise not to pull up all the flowers in the gardens."

Once they took to the sky he turned seeking out the miko's aura. It was strong and had a pure feel to it so he knew which one it was right away. He took off towards his brothers group quickly, wanting to get this out of the way. He could feel Naraku's aura the other way but he didn't want to face him alone, he would use his brother and his group as a distraction to finally kill Naraku once and for all.

Once he was within smelling distance he knew they were preparing to fight him. Slowly walking from the edge of the wood onto the road he looked to the group. His idiot half brother was standing in front of the miko with the rest of his group slightly behind him and to the left.

"Sesshomaru, tell me why I shouldn't tear you in half right now?"

"As always Inuyasha you let your words out before you think them over, If this Sesshomaru were to truely fight you we wouldn't have calmly walked out would we?"

"Aw shut up you overly snug bastard!"

Sesshomaru steps to the side as Inuyasha charges at him, letting the idiot charge past him. He would deal with him later but he knew the miko was the most reasonable of the group.

"Miko, this Sesshomaru has an agreement to make with you, We know the location of Naraku, we can lead you there but do not expect me to fight beside your group, we know we can not defeat Naraku alone with his power of the Shikon Jewel."

"Kagome step away from him, he is just lying, he would never ask for our help."

"Inuyasha! SIT BOY!"

Sesshomaru chuckled inside himself, he always like it when the miko did that. When she turned back to him she was smiling and he took that as a sign she would agree to him.

"We would be happy to accept your offer Sesshomaru. Is Narkau nearby?"

"This Sesshomaru sensed one of his incarnations up on a mountain that is known for it's endless tunnels, We think he is inside, it would be foolish of him not to, it's an excellent place to hide."

He himself had hidden inside the tunnels when the first fall full moon had come. The miko nodded and Sesshomaru turned starting to walk. He could smell the group following him. The miko and Inuyasha were arguing about something but the others in the group seemed to be walking behind them, quietly talking amougst themselves.
They traveled that way for a day until they got to the mountain. Sesshomaru stopped when Kagura stepped out from the trees. The rest of the group stopping behind him.

"You all are walking right into a trap. I wanted to warn you at least."

"It might be a trap, but it is the quickest way to defeat him, a trap will not kill this Sesshomaru."

Kagura sighed and stepped back, telling them she would see them soon. They made thier way up and it was nearly noon when they noticed the man sitting there in a baboon skin. Naraku smiled as his plan was falling into place perfectly.

"I did not expect you two to arrive here togethere, it just speeds up my plans."

Hakudoshi moved forward and pushed Sesshomaru away well Kagura lured Sango and Miroku. Once the groups were in order naraku smiled ready to spring his trap when the miko bolted from behind Inuyasha. She ran over to Sesshomaru healing a nasty cut on his arm.

"This Sesshomaru does not need your help."

"You wouldn't have been able to fight with your sword if it wasn't healed."

Naraku cursed lightly in his mind, oh well he could still work the plan. He nodded to Hakudoshi who smiled and went to attack. Kagura saw this and blew a gust of wind at Sango and Miroku but only Miroku was blown back into a tunnel, Shippo and Kilala who had been staying to the side joined him.

Inuyasha jumped back pulling Sango out of the way only for the two of them to be blown into a side tunnel as well. Sesshomaru saw what Kagura was doing grabbed Kagome around the waist and jumped back as Hakudoshi struck the ground with his spear causing the entrances to the caves to fall in.
A/N: Well that was the first chapter, please review, you don't have to but I would like to get some. They have been sent off in thier small groups and each chapter will focus on one, chapter two is Sesshomaru and Kagome, chapter three will be Inuyasha and Sango, don't have the rest of the chapters planned out now.
