I notice that you have slowed down to do some fillers. I like how you are writing
Sango and Miroku. They are not rushing into the relationship even though the tension
between them is amazing. I am surprise that poor Sango has not jump down on
Miroku bones. Great chapter as usual and grads for this being your last semester in college.
I am hoping that I will start my semester this coming Fall. I going at school for the third
time to get another degree (which will be my last). Update soon.

I'm really enjoying this fic. I was hoping to see a bit more of Sess there. Guess not. I'm glad you liked Tilimiel's fic. Hopefully, Sess won't get uptight about the group getting her the birthday gifts. But somehow, I get a bad feeling. Is Koga gonna show up soon?

Yes I agree with you on your A/N the game tied in very nicely. As this chapter no I wasn't disapointed, I just love the way the flow of this story is going, and always love to see the angst between Miroku and Sango. It was smooth for Silk to give Miroku the gift. I have my suspicions with Silk, but I think I will keep them to myself for now, he is after all a spy and a cunning one at that. I guess I will have to read more.

Good luck with your homework, and look forward until your next chapter.

I wondered how you would use the "fallout" from the boys watching that dance. Didn't think you would go for the standard cliche of them getting in trouble (well Miroku maybe a bit, but he is always in some kind of trouble one way or another) Nicely done. Kagome was in perfect character. Loved the familial bonding happening. That pillow fight scene is one of those moments that if it were real life, anyone would hold as a cherished memory, just pure fun. Oh, Shippou needed that attitude adjustment too, and like the change in Inuyasha, about time for both.
Now for the chapter with Sango and Miroku. First, I like how having Velvet to talk to brought out Sango's professional side but in a different light. Does it give us a glimpse of what she may have been like with the people of her village maybe? Now of course their romantic interlude, Miroku being smooth and thoughtful at the same time, Sango allowing herself to be vulnerable and forceful, well it just works. Hope that is what you were going for anyway.

PS I did leave a review after the dance chapter but it got los/glitched. (Ya I know sounds like "the dog ate my homework type of excuse, but honest I did) I can't remember what I wrote, but I do remember really enjoying the chapter.
As always, looking forward eagerly to the next installment. Thanks

That was a great chapter. I love how Inuyasha had to tell Shippo he can not always get his way. He had to respect
Kagome and Inuyasha's union. But at the same time, he made sure to let Shippo know that he is apart that family
that Inu and Kag made. The chapter was touching. The only thing that was missing was Sess and Rin. Update soon.

Great chapter. It was nice to see Inuyasha 'explain' to Shippo about how he acts like Shippo's father since Shippo never thought of that. And, it was good that Kagome didn't interfere because sometimes Shippo CAN be annoying!!

Great story. Keep up the good work in the new year!!!

That was a fun chapter, and good find with the game, you learn something new everyday. I'm glad Shippo got to have some time with Kagome and Inuyasha. Well like always awaiting your next update, maybe in 2006.

    Happy New Year,

I enjoyed this chapter. It good to see a chapter with Miroku and Sango. I wander if they feel for each other will go
from lime stage to the lemon stage in the story. When will Kouga show his face in this story? Great chapter as always.
    update soon.

'By the way, before I have a bunch of people wondering why Sango hasn't called Miroku by name as of yet, (I know she does all the time in the dubbed anime), I have heard that she hasn't in the manga, so I went with that element for my story.'

You know...I was JUST getting ready to mention that you're one of the small few who noticed that Sango DOESN'T say Mirouku's name at all in the anime/manga, she only says...'monk'.

Of course the good people at VIZ or VIZ Media never got a clue, but I did notice in the VIZ translated manga-version of Inuyasha, I think it was #21-22 they FINALLY have her saying 'monk', of course it took them long enough. But will they continue it.

I hope so, considering I haven't seen a new manga book in...shoot, 6 months. What's the dang delay?

    But that's another subject.

Well, Happy New Year to you...and don't have TOO much excess of alcohol!!! :-]

PS: you mentioned to a reader about Inuyasha might have a few more attacks in his sword. Actually he DOES, but since it's 20 manga books in the future, might as well keep Tetsuaiga/Tessaiga where it's at since I don't think we'll ever read it. Oh, and Sesshoumaru's Tensaiga has a surprise in the future too. :-)

Joyous of all occasions. You updated and yes it's now 55 chapters. This makes me really happy. I'll keep my eyes open for more chaps to come. You have truly captured the magic that is the Monk. Though I prefer to target Sesshomaru in my own fics, I'm really enjoying this one. I'm waiting for the next one. And you've inspired me to go back to some of my own original works and pursue them into the written world. So thanks, and keep it up.
