    Not having a beta is not an excuse. Your mistakes are very elementry. If you are old engough to post on this site and English is your native language than you don't have a reason for most of those errors. However, I find the story line itself to be interesting. I've not come across the idea of blending mating season with another plot device before. I hope you edit your chapter and then continue.

    uuh, don't want to sound rude, but i think you need to check your grammer before you put your story up, you have many grammer and spelling mistakes to the point your story don't make much sense.
