Awesome awesome awesome! I was dying with laughter when you revealed Sango's mate(s)! And as entertaining as it is to think of Sesshoumaru smiling, I just can't make my mind picture it! Every time I do I end up seeing the episode where he first turns full TaiYoukai in their father's tomb and his mouth stretches full of demon dog teeth xD

I don't know why I keep torturing myself by reading stories you haven't updated in years... Probably because your writing is just so damn entertaining I can't help but want to read even your shortest works. I prayyyy your mojo comes back on this and all your other stories! And I really, really hope you update TLPH soon!

So, of course, I find myself rereading your stuff while waiting for new postings. And, of course, nitpicking. It is high time the Ronin reappeared, but you already knew that. However, you've gone to such great lengths to draw distinctions between this dimension's Miroku and the one we know and love that you've lost sight, I think, of what was so intriguing about the whole multidiminsional concept in the first place. Yes, you've nicely shown all the other characters in the alternative reality with nice focus on their similarities and differences, but the most important character of them all has shown very few similarities indeed. Even the physical characters they share have been blurred in your focus on the greater years and different profession the ronin's life has inflicted upon him. I confess, I want to see rather more appreciation on his part as to how attractive his counterpart is to him - narcissus-style through a glass darkly. After all, Inuyasha was originally enthralled with the ronin for a reason, and that too shouldn't be lost sight of. Likewise, one of Miroku's most appealing aspects is his dark side anyway, and you haven't let much of that highlight his oh so lovely attributes. And since you've downplayed his physical prowess (much to my chagrin - I keep remembering Inu's comment on how he was no ordinary monk when they first tangled, and his later confidence in his own ability to ultimately defend himself) you really owe it to him to highlight his intelligence.

Sigh. You have too many *good* stories brewing. I appreciate how the variety gives you room to work, but it does make me sad when updates get shunted aside in favor of new ideas. Granted, one's muse is difficult to bring to heel, but I do suspect that might be the line that draws the difference between writers and drabblers. In fanfiction, I guess, we all must merely drabble.
